1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HorizonCode's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

HorizonCode provides AI-powered lead generation services that connect businesses with potential customers through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and display networks.

2. Service Terms

Qualification Process

All potential clients must undergo a qualification process before being accepted for our services. HorizonCode reserves the right to accept or decline any business based on our internal criteria and capacity limitations.

Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates varying between $40-$60 depending on the advertising channel and industry vertical. Final pricing will be determined during the consultation process based on your specific requirements.

Lead Quality Standards

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who has expressed genuine interest in your services and meets the demographic and behavioral criteria established during our initial consultation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry
• Providing feedback on lead quality to help optimize campaign performance

4. Service Limitations

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, HorizonCode does not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales outcomes, or return on investment. Lead generation results may vary based on market conditions, industry factors, and client follow-up practices.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, methodologies, and technologies used in our lead generation process remain the exclusive property of HorizonCode. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate our systems.

6. Confidentiality

HorizonCode maintains strict confidentiality regarding client business information and lead data. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

8. Limitation of Liability

HorizonCode's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
